The Anger & Stress Management Centre is based in South Africa and the Netherlands, however with Zoom we can help anyone in the World online. It is one of the only dedicated, specialist centre of its kind that supports individuals to manage anger, frustration, conflict, emotions, behaviour and stress more effectively. We also work with couples and relationships as well as domestic abuse. Please contact us no matter where you are based. Some of our counsellors also work with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD and addiction.
