Tween & Teen Therapy
We provide effective, relatable and relevant, tween and teen focused therapy, addressing the unique emotional, developmental, and social issues faced by adolescents and young adults.
In-person Counselling & Therapy
This is face-to-face counselling or therapy with our registered counsellor or therapist for 55mins. Please take note that counselling and therapy are two different approaches/scopes of practice. Our intake and consent form will determine which approach is best for you.
Virtual/Online Therapy
Our Lead Therapist provides online sessions (55mins) to South African clients who live abroad or who live in various cities, nationally. The in-person feel is not lost, as our therapy journey is uniquely and strategically formulated to be interactive and practical no matter the room both persons are in.
Performance Therapy
Performance therapy is a powerful tool that addresses psychological factors such as stress, anxiety, self-doubt, and burnout, and helps executives, corporate employees, directors, and sales professionals enhance their professional performance, achieve their full potential, and thrive in their careers.
