I have worked and lived all over the world travelling and exploring many places. Doing this enabled me to identify that counselling was really my passion and Africa was where my heart is. I have worked in a variety of settings, both inpatient and outpatient treatment centres as well as in private practice at Prospect Hill and run groups for The Desmond & Leah Tutu Legacy Foundation for the Youth @ Work program. I specialize in working with individuals, couples and families with codependency issues. I help people identify and work towards their personal goals by coping with the issues that are causing them distress, anxiety, and stress. I feel priviledged to witness the immense courage and progress that my clients show. It merely takes one person in the system to sustain change and the system can't help but change.
