Leanne Naidoo completed her BA (HDE) at Stellenbosch University and her BA (Honours) degree and MA (Counselling Psychology) degree at the Nelson Mandela University. She has a keen interest in working with couples and families, as well as working with groups.

Different types of assessment can be conducted at the practice. Depending on the reason for the assessment, there are usually three components to an assessment process:
An intake interview for history taking and exploring the reason for the assessment
The actual assessment
Feedback with relevant party / parties.

Neuropsychological assessments
Assessments for placement, promotion, etc.
Emotional Intelligence
Emotional Intelligence training focuses on the relationship we have with ourselves and the relationships we build with others. Daniel Goleman’s model is used to explore self awareness, self management, social awareness and social skills.
Cultural Intelligence
If we are to work successfully across cultures and with diverse teams, we need to have an appropriate level of cultural intelligence and this workshop creates a context for increasing the competencies of cultural intelligence (CQ).
Creative Problem Solving
The problems facing many individuals and organisations are multi-layered and complex, and rely on creative problem solving skills, which can be learnt. Various tools for creative problem solving are taught through this workshop, which also focuses on harnessing the strengths of individual team members.
