As we navigate our way through this life and the twists and turns we come across, it is sometimes helpful to have an empathic ear. Cape Counsellors is an online portal which is a collection of Counsellors and other Therapists in the greater Cape Town area, and around the Western Cape.
In a safe, supportive and comfortable environment, counselling allows you to open up and see what is working against you and holding you back. Together with the Counsellor, you are able to identify issues and work towards overcoming any limitations to live the life you want.
