I have always had a strong interest wellness, I originally studied Lifestyle (wellness) consulting and fitness training. During this time, it became clear to me that people often did not reach their wellness goals due to psychological barriers that prevented healthy change.
This in combination with my own journey of personal growth, inspired my interest and passion for psychology and mental wellness.
