As a Clinical Psychologist in Johannesburg, I work together with my clients to understand how the client experiences and sees the world. In time, this process of understanding has the power to be enlightening and to bring about change in how we feel about ourselves and our relationships.
Clients have the right to expect a space of non-judgement and understanding, where they can verbalize and explore their difficulties in a safe and confidential space. Clinical Psychology can be helpful for a range of difficulties, including self esteem and relationship problems, loss, trauma, and adjustment to life transitions and changes.
