I am a daughter of our Heavenly King and will always place Him first. I have been part of an incredible family, consisting of my parents and a brother that I love dearly.
Change is the only constant in life that we can expect, which is why we need to be adaptable to grow into changes, even the unexpected ones.
Over the last couple of years my mother passed away, I gained a beautiful sister (in-law) and became a wife to my loving husband that came with the salt of the earth family. Family is everything to me, even the adopted ones.
I also believe that we cannot always choose what happens to us or control our circumstances but we certainly can decide how we are going to respond to life and its events and the way in which we interact with our environment.
Like most people I have seen my share of traumatic life events, which I believe gives me a deeper understanding of what my clients might be going through and insight into which therapeutic methods and tools will suit their needs when they step into my counselling space.
