I have a Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Fort Hare. I am an experienced and qualified Counselling Psychologist in East London, registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
I work with all people, from all walks of life; including children, adolescents and adults. I offer a wide range of individual therapy, pre-/ post-natal counselling, grief, depression and anxiety and trauma counselling. My work is predominantly informed by Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy and Narrative Therapy. I work integratively, using various techniques from different kinds of therapeutic approaches to fit the client's individual needs.
Sessions can be conducted both face-to-face and virtually via Zoom.
