I work with Christian couples, in conjunction with the Catholic Church assisting hurting and disillusioned marriages as well as struggling relationships. I am a Level 4 Counselling Therapist and assist Marriage, Couples, Relationships and Families in distress. I am committed to helping couples that value their relationship and desire a richer, fuller life together. I am here to teach the tools needed to keep Marriages strong with an approach aimed at revitalizing your relationship.
It’s no secret that the foundation of a healthy relationship is open communication and willingness to look for a solution that works for you both. No one expects any of us to be experts in communicating, only to wish to become better at it, both in sharing and listening. We can only try to develop the skills to express emotions in a healthy way if we are dedicated to it.
