I am a qualified counselling psychologist with over 10 years of experience in the wellness industry. I am accredited with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). I also hold certifications in life and executive coaching. My practice is situated in Greenstone Hill, Edenvale and is exclusively designed to support teenagers and adults.

Counselling Services
My experience as a psychologist enables me to offer effective emotional, individualized, psychological care. I provide support and coping skills on a number of mental health disorders and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families and couples. I am able to assist those experiencing a wide range of difficulties including but not limited to: anger, anxiety, fear, domestic violence, abuse, depression, co-dependency, grief/loss, relationship issues, divorce (including prevention), parental guidance, trauma, coping, bipolar mood disorder, self-esteem, self-injury.
Life Coaching Services
I am trained to guide aspiring individuals achieve outcomes that will assist them in being successful and fulfilled across all aspects of their lives. My intention as a life coach is to help my clients take leadership of their own lives. My techniques focus on leadership, personality, goal setting, emotional intelligence and personal direction.
