The Mind and Body Institute of Natural Healing (M&B) has practiced in the complementary health sector. All our therapists are registered with the Allied Health Professionals Council of South Africa (AHPCSA) and have qualifications in therapeutic reflexology and aromatherapy.

Wellness programs
Since our inception, M&B has successfully managed wellness programs in workplaces, developed learning material for Complementary Health disciplines and facilitated training of individuals who wish to practice as reflexologists or therapeutic massage therapists.
Healing Through Nature
More recently M&B have developed the Healing Through Nature product line which uses a combination of indigenous essential oils for arthritic and muscular pain relief, post-operative healing, wound care as well as burn relief.
Environmentally friendly
We strive to utilize local resources in a sustainable and environmentally friendly manner, and remain committed to the ideal that world-class complementary health care and products should be accessible to everyone.
