I am a counselling psychologist that works with clients of all ages. Whether it be children, adolescents or adults. I have a special interest in individuals that struggle with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties and trauma. Self-development, insight, and enhanced self-awareness are other areas that I am comfortable working with. Depending on the specific needs of the individual, I can provide either long-, or short-term therapy.
I believe that my effectiveness as therapist depends on how well I understand the individual. To this end, I create a space that is free of judgement and a room in which the individual feels encouraged to share without restrictions.
