As a Counselling Psychologist, I help people to work through issues in a supportive and non-judgemental environment. To me, therapy is a collaborative treatment approach aiming to help people gain a better understanding of themselves and difficulties in their lives, and helping them to develop healthier coping skills, change self-destructive behaviours, resolve painful feelings and improve relationships. I aim to help people live happier, healthier and more fulfilling lives.
