A concept of going “back to a simplistic and uncomplicated restaurant culture” where diners can select from three hero dishes on the menu: the burger, the lobster roll or the fresh whole lobster.
From this, Burger & Lobster was born in 2016 in the heart of Cape Town’s foodie hub, Bree Street. A place where people get together for lunch or come for a drink after work, stay for dinner and eventually end up spending the whole evening.
Emphasis was placed on quality and attention to detail right from the start. It is visible in all aspects of the establishment from the interior, the B&L branding, the menu composition, the ingredients used, to its staff – every detail of equal importance.
