BLACKTHORN PROTECTION was established in May 2022. The organisation is currently Managed and Owned by GLADMAN V NGANGQU He completed the Security Officers Board Accreditation Levels E to A . BLACKTHORN PROTECTION is an accredited and registered member of the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (P.S.I.R.A) The Mission Statement of the company is “To provide the Best Security Services in the Pursuit of Permanent Client Satisfaction”, thereby achieving long term variability. The objectives of the company is to train men and women in all aspects of the Security Industry in order to provide existing and prospective clients with professionally trained security personnel, Secondly, the organisation also implements an analysis process for clients to provide security solutions to suit their security requirements. Thirdly, we liaise with all clients regularly to ensure that our services provided are efficient, effective and satisfactory; lastly, we contribute to all government prerequisites to improve the position of previously disadvantaged individuals and communities, thus projecting the organisations social responsibility and contributions to this objective. Our selection and placement of highly competent and trained staff members to compromise in anyway what so ever. Prior to commencement of a new contract, BLACKTHORN PROTECTION and the client will establish and document site procedures and reform to these procedures strictly. The site procedures documented and agreed upon between us and the clients forms an integral part of our policy. These Site procedures are reviewed and updated on a regular basis. Every security member selected and appointed to their particular site is thoroughly inducted and prepared for the commencement of duties pertaining to the respective sites.
