The East Cape Master Builders and Allied Industries Association celebrates 125 years of service to members and the building industry this year.
The Associations is registered as an employer organization and represents the interests of over 400 employer members throughout the entire Southern and Eastern Cape, including the East London/Border area and is affiliated to Master Builders South Africa (MBSA).
Membership of the association is comprised of small & large, emerging & established contractor & specialist contractor members in all sectors of the building industry as well as associate members supplying materials, goods, plant and equipment or professional services.
The MBA maintain close contact with its members through regular meetings at its three main branches namely, Port Elizabeth, East London and Southern Cape. Meetings are also regularly held in Grahamstown, Port Alfred, Queenstown, Jeffreys Bay as well as some of the other centres within the Association's area of jurisdiction.
The MBA currently employs 10 staff who operate from its head office in Gqeberha/Port Elizabeth providing a wide range of services to members.
