About
I am Simon, an entrepreneurial contractor who offers waterproofing, painting & handyman services with safety THE top priority for my clients.
In the midst of uncertainty around covid 19, I have been in complete isolation since lockdown began with a family who has a new born child. I arrive on site fully protected within medical grade PPE. My temperature is taken daily and will come on site with an electric temperature gun to put your mind at ease. I have been professionally trained by an OHS expert on all procedures and have a sound understanding of social distancing. I work alone to ensure no additional risk of infection.
With over 2 years of experience I learnt from one of the leading waterproofing and painting practitioners in the country & have done major work in homes, office buildings & shopping malls. I also have completed jobs cross border, being part of a project to waterproof and paint a shopping mall in Botswana.
My entrepreneurial spirit, being let go from my previous company (due to COVID 19) & my passion in the craftsmanship of my work drove me to combine my skills in waterproofing, painting & handyman services to startup this purpose driven business. My goal is to keep you and your family safe and ensure you get to all those jobs around the house you have been meaning to do. PAINTING SERVICES:
1. Expert Painters
We take pride in restoring your homes to its original glory. Before painting, we ensure the walls and ceilings are clean, dust-free, smooth and completely dry. From minor touch up work to full exterior and interior painting. We are just a phone call away.
2. Gutters
We clean & treat the leaking gutters, we apply a latex layer with cloth membrane to cover all possible leaks.
3. Tiled Roof repair
We paint roof tiles with an acrylic seals giving it a fresh new look while treating all cracks. We have access to wide range of colours to match your existing roof to give it that “looks like new feel”.
4. Joints & Crack
On expansion joints, we fill with a polyurethane sealant, which offers good movement capability, allowing it to be both chemical & weather resistant.
