This disruptive model was pioneered by CEO, Dave Williams-Jones at the height of the 2008 World Economic Recession as a means of creating professional work for his business when we were solely a cost engineering firm.

ARCHITECTURE
FWJK Architecture employs a fully qualified and experienced team of Professional Architects and support staff. We have a broad commercial architectural background and varied experience within the South African Architectural Landscape.
We are involved with all our projects from concept stage through to close-out. Our architectural philosophy is to maximize building use and design cost efficiency with our cost engineers while striving to achieve an attractive architectural language in order to ensure aesthetic significance. Our in-house relationship with FWJK Developments, Cost Engineers and Project Managers allows us to speed up the process significantly with constant input from a fully qualified team of professional consultants, in-house and external.
Due to the nature and size of the projects undertaken by our architects, we have become specialists in our respective fields and especially in commercial, industrial, mixed-use and residential developments. Our priority is to deliver exceptionally cost-effective buildings that provide enjoyment of use and exciting space to be in whilst at the same time delivering high returns for our investors.
DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT
FWJK Development Management is a cornerstone of the FWJK Co-Development at Cost Methodology and our development managers are the ones that create and give life to our development pipeline. These seasoned development professionals review all of our development inquiries and identify the best opportunities which we follow through the development process to ensure that our investors receive the highest possible return on equity.
COST ENGINEERING
FWJK Cost Engineers was founded in 1953 in East London and the practice was built upon the delivery of good consistent professional services covering the broad cost consultancy discipline. The evolution of FWJK Cost Engineers into property development has propelled our quantity surveying services into a higher dimension where the culture and DNA necessary in the property development arena is instilled in our staff nationally. This skill set provides our clients with a far superior quality of service than the case prior to our entrance into the property development arena in 2001.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
FWJK Project Management provides project management services for all of FWJK’s own development projects as well as for numerous public and private sector clients in South Africa. This practice’s hallmark is delivery within time and cost which it has become well known for in delivering all of our own developments as well as those of our clients. We employ the latest project and time management software tools to give effect to this reputation.
