Group Therapy
Group therapy is a powerful part of the treatment process. Group therapy provides a safe place to be vulnerable. Connecting with peers who are experiencing similar challenges helps with the isolation and shame that often accompanies addiction. Through this you are reminded that you are not alone in your struggles. You will work through shared and individual difficulties, learn from others and develop healthier ways of communicating.
Individual Counselling
Group therapy is complemented by a one-on-one process. Each client is allocated to a counsellor and in a private setting, you are guided through deeper intrapersonal exploration. This course is unique to each client; tailored to your personal story, stressors, and challenges. In this secure and thoughtful space, individual counselling helps to achieve an intimate self-understanding.
Psycho-Educational Lectures
What is addiction? Why me? Can I overcome my trauma? Is there hope? You may enter treatment with burning questions. Through our various psycho-educational lectures and workshops, you will have the opportunity to grapple with these queries and find personal answers. Through better understanding, you will be empowered with knowledge that you can apply to your recovery.
