MWP Architects was started in 1997 and we are celebrating our 21st birthday in 2018 with a relaunched look and logo to take us forward for the next 21 years.
Originally founded by Michael Philippides, Arthur Messaris and Andre Wapenaar as an extension of a Gauteng based office MWP has established itself in the Cape Town market as an ethical and reputable firm offering good solid designs based on current international trends. We pride ourselves on our sustainable and locally appropriate design approach which we package into a well detailed and presented building form
